Orders are dispatched via Fedex.
Please note: Shipping times can take longer during busy periods as most of the items in our shop are hand-made to your specifications.
Delivery Information
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
The length of time it takes for a sign to be created and dispatched is entirely dependent on how many orders we have to fulfil. We work methodically and in chronological order, treating each customer equally. We aim to get all orders delivered as quickly as possible while always maintaining a high standard of quality. During busy periods, orders can sometimes take over the quoted delivery time.
If our couriers are unable to successfully deliver your items due to a third attempt or access problems, your order will be returned to us. We have to allow 14-18 working days for this to be returned. Upon the return, we will contact you to arrange for it to be re-delivered to you at no extra cost. If you wish to dispute the delivery of your order, you have 90 days starting from the date of dispatch, to raise this.
Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete. We cannot be held liable for any delays or non-delivery resulting from errors in the shipping information entered. If our couriers are unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will be returned to us, and any additional postage or handling fees incurred in re-delivering the order will be the customer’s responsibility. We strongly advise that you review your shipping details carefully before placing your order.
The right packaging for a safe delivery
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected to protect breakages during transit. We pride ourselves on using appropriate packaging methods and we experience very few breakages in transit. However, a small proportion of breakage in transit is inevitable. We will guarantee that any breakage in transit will be replaced as quickly as possible at no cost to you. Breakage in transit and missing components must be reported within 10 working days of receiving the goods.
